WARNING

Use care not to drop springs into the

transmission.

NOTE: The detent spring on the passenger side

of the center shift rail is higher than the other

two springs. However, the three detent springs

are identical.

Remove the shift module from the transmission

and reinstall the three detent springs.

Install a new gasket on the sealing surface.
